This also has been constantly appearing to me since the 6th grade, I am now 38 and still almost every single day I see it, also 1118 has joined with it over the years. I have found the love of my life and though we are friends she makes it clear we will never be together that way, I do not believe her and truly feel we will be together, so when I hurt the most or things click with her the number appears. I don't know if this helps anyone but I felt the need to share. Before I found her though the number consistantly appeared.

For over 10 years now, I see this number everyday too. Also the number 1118. I'm not sure exactly why, but I find it strange that so many people see it! I wonder what it means?
