I have seen 123 and 1234 since I was a little girl. I've also thought it was just me seeing it. Every time as a child I'd wake up from a dream and turn to look a the time and it would be 1:23 or fewer times12:34. It doesn't happen as much but I have seen it. I've also been at work or school anywhere and get this urge to Check the time I look at a clock 1:23. Don't know what it means I've pray for meaning. My thought Father Son Holy Spirit. I do feel things shift in my life when I see this number. Its so hard to explain. But I fill that one day it shall all make since to me when God feels that I am ready to know.
