I was born on 10/23 and for the past few months every time I check the time or look anywhere, even in a book, there's always a 23. It's either 9:23 am or 2:23 pm or 5:23 pm and so on and I have looked everywhere to find what it means and have found hardly anything.
I was also born 10/23 and the same things are happening to me as you stated

My uncle was born on 10/23 at 10/23 and so 10/23 became my grandmothers favorite number. She has passed but now my mother, cousin, and I all see 23's everywhere. I looked at the clock 5 times today to see a 23. I like to think of this number as a message of synchronicity. It is showing connection on this sacred path, you are in the flow, wrapped in unconditional love. That's what I like to think

I was also born 10:23 and I also experience the same thing but now more repative numbers and birds. I see lots of different birds the Holy Spirit communicates this way with me.
