23 is everywhere

In the past few months I've noticed 23 everywhere in my life, everywhere important to me, and now when I look back to some of the best moments of my life I notice there always 23 involved like my first ever concert was on the 23rd even on my high school jersey they made a typo which turned into 23, i don't know why I keep seeing it
