I see this number everywhere! Its been since the summer of 2009. I find it a bit freaky that everytime I look at the clock its __:31. Its the most weirdest thing I have ever seen! Theres so much more to say. Its just really hard to explain.
You are right it seem to be everywhere from property numbers on tv shows to the first flight after the A380s were grounded-QF31, 31 people involved in incidents pops up regularly and the list seems to go on. My dad pointed the number '31' out to me years ago as a number that turns up much more regularly than it should!

i see the number 13 and 31 daily more than once dunno if it's good but i love seeing it ,it makes me happy but it's weird at the same time!
