Seven in the Bible means completion of perfection. Three represents the Godhead, or Divine perfection. So the number 777 is very significant in God's creation.

Within the context of a gematria, a number 'means' every possible expression that adds up to that number, so there will be thousands or millions of meanings, some good, some evil. Using the default English gematria with A=1 to Z=800, here are a few things I've found just by playing around:
777 = Continues
= The perfection of
= Perfect God of the Bible
= The spirit king
= King of the church
= Ruler boss
= Jesus boss
= Perfect soldiers
= Kingdom of the beast
= The beast's regime
= The original beast
= Satan the dragon
= Criminal monster
= The Devil machine
= The holiest brain
= Perfection of IBM's image
= Bad drug trip
= Bad joy

I speculate that someday the image of the beast, a supercomputer AI, will find every possible meaning for this number...and also, of course for 666. But will it be able to find a pattern?

777 would be the mark of the beast for that who is not 1. Which would be .5
