The same thing has been happening to me for some time. I too have been searching for answers. Yet I wonder why you are the only one who has spoken of this and haven't Recieved a answer.

It means HaShem loves you. All you have to do is pray to the G-d of Israel. The G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. 613 is a very holy number to the Jewish people. Pray to anything but the ONE true G-d HaShem and you digress in the truth. After quite a few years after seeing so many numbers like yourself I finally got it. I've dabbled in every possible belief and grew up with a Christian family. Now because of my sincere prayer for the truth of what was causing this to happen and finally surrendering to HaShem (means "the name" bc G-d name is Holy and not to be said just because) the good news is that I finally feel whole. After my family found out they started doing research and praying to the one True G-d of Israel there prayers are being heard. To include a love like you have never felt before. Over 30 members of my family were Christian. Now we are B'nei Noachs. 613 are the number of mitzvahs or commandments the Jewish people are commanded by G-d to do. They always say if someone in your family was Jewish they will let you know by coming back to remind you of your true purpose. All you have to do is sincerely ask. Watch and see just how powerful and limitless HaShem is. You will have the whole world open up to you in ways you never knew possible. You will be able to finally really see and hear the truth.

Ahavah is the Hebrew word for LOVE. It's numerical value is 13. As is the word Echad which means ONE has a numerical value of 13. G-d loves you.

I just recently came interested in the meaning of that number13. X3 is how it's spelt this is what I'm called in my dreams I find myself crying because I know that's not my name but my name does have 13 letters in it so does my wife's name my ssi adds up to 13 the thing that's puzzling my brain is the dream I had 13 days ago stating that I was going to serve my purpose on 1-10-2017 in my dream was I was to wake up not at a certain time but when it was 13 degree's it freaked me out when I did enough about me Kets get on the clock thing when this happens again put a mirror in front of the clock until the time change but don't look at the time when it changes see if that works ask a second opinion from a expert first.

I was born on Jan 13 the mother of my children April 13 a love I had a deep a connection or possible past life soul mate passed away June 13 everyday I see 13 on clocks marking my time of arrival and departure from work and home it seems to have a significant impact on my awareness of what's going on around me

I usually don't get involved with these threads but i am confused to recent comment on putting the mirror in front of the clock... Is this to make it stop why would you want it to stop... You should feel blesses these synchronicity's are happening it is a good thing. Many are to clouded by the illusion of this world to notice. It means the ascended masters the angels your angels are trying to communicate with you. This will most likely evolve into other repeating numbers and signs... 13 having the energy of 1 and 3 is literally the beginning the vibration of 1 directly relates to new beginning and the start of a new push forward into something great a spiritual gift. 3 relates to spiritual growth literally through communication and higher levels of intuition and preparing you for some type of transformation and growth if your willing to see what is in front of you. There may be some initial chaos in your life but these are for karmic reasons and know that something much bigger is there to help it is happening for a reason. Trust me I am a 13 it is more powerful than I can even explain and it started the same for me and now I can literally almost have a conversation with those all powerful call them your angels the cosmos the light an energy whatever but trust me they listen and respond don't push it it away and don't fear it no matter how chaotic it can get get early on... Enjoy the bright light that is literally trying to shine through you and onto to others be positive think happy thought loving thoughts and put it out in the universe you'll be pleasantly surprised.
