There was an official ruling by the State Department that Grover Cleveland was to be listed as both the 22nd and 24th President because his two administrations were not consecutive. So yes, Trump is officially the 45th President. Amusingly, we have these gematria associations using A=1 to Z=800:

999 = The 45th president [Add in 45 by hand.]
= The meth president [M=40, E=5]
= The "me" in "methamphetamine"
= The methamphetamine in me
= Or Donald Trump
= I am America's Trump.
= Donald's phentermine diet
= Technological president
= The beast spirit

999 is an interesting number because it looks like 666 upside down. It's also 3/2 of 666. No, I'm pretty sure Donald Trump is not the 666 beast. But the beast spirit is already here, I think.
