Whats with this number?

About a month or two ago I had a dream, about driving on a road and all of a sudden, right before I woke up freaked out for some reason, a sign popped up from the side of the road with 53 on it. Since then, I run into this number quite a bit.... I'm looking for answers.... It's starting to bug me.
