I cant find a single bible translation (including on your links) that has the word "moon" listed as appearing 57 times. This bit of info is vital to me, can you please tell me how it is that you came to this conclusion? Thanks.

The NIV, NASB, and ESV all show 57 occurrences of "moon" in the OT alone, plus 10 in the NT, for a total of 67.
