Symbolism

• Number of the perfection, the infinity. In mathematics the symbol of the infinity is represented by a 8 laid down.

• Symbol of the cosmic Christ.

• Number figuring the immutable eternity or the self-destruction. It represents also the final point of the manifestation.

• In China, the 8 expresses the totality of the universe.

• Number of the balance and of the cosmic order, according to the Egyptians.

• Number expressing the matter, it is also the symbol of the incarnation in the matter which becomes itself creative and autonomous, governing its own laws.

• The number eight corresponds to the New Testament, according to Ambroise.

• It is the symbol of the new Life, the final Resurrection and the anticipated Resurrection that is the baptism.

• According to Clement of Alexandria, the Christ places under the sign of 8 the one he made to be born again.

• Represent the totality and the coherence of the creation in evolution. In China, it expresses the totality of the universe.

• Saint Joseph endured during eight years various great sufferings before to die, according to visions of Mary Agreda.

• The Cabalists affirm that there were in the Temple of Jerusalem eight gates from which the eighth gate would open only for the Messiah.

• Eight is the total number of Chakras of the man, counting the seven in correlation with the physical body, plus an additional working in the etheric body.   extraordinary that you are capbable of. It is time for you to get in touch with your spirituality which is what the universe is trying to tell you. It is also time that you get in touch with what program your are running subconsciously, expecting "more" bad luck. Be careful

  8, the dominant no. in my life

  i was born 8/26/74. i dont know if the no. 8 has any significance in my life or not but i feel that i have been terribly unlucky in everything. i never got things easy in my life. i had to slog for anything and everything. and inspite of it, i would lose out to others who would hardly work for it. i feel cursed by this no.
  i am 35 now and the 35th year of my life which adds to no. 8 was the most unluckiest year of all my life. gosh, bad luck one after the other. i dont know if i will have anything good coming up my way. i hope i do.
  
  right now, after reading these blogs about 8 being a START, i hope, i have a new start in life now.

  The lucky number 8 will save you! That is a what an elderly man said to me as I was being wheeled to an operating room on deaths doors. He told me that 3 three women had come to see him and told him that he was to die that day but it was OK. They told him that he should let me know not to worry as the lucky #8 would save me. I had already been on the edge of being pronounced on at least two occasions. This was a last chance surgery for me. Well I am here some 30 years later and now devote christian. I do not pretend to have the answers. I have always said I would not call on the lucky # 8 as it did save me. When I became sick I was playing a sport and I normally wore # 12. Well this weekend I had agreed to play for another team. After I was released from the hospital several months went by and I looked in my equipment bag and the # I was wearing that weekend was # 8. There is a lot more to this story that I could write tell. You may ask why some 30 year later that I am writing this well.... My 5 year old son out of the blue for the past several weeks has been asking what the # 8 equals. I have explained that it does not equal anything. Then today he has had a high fever and he asked me several times what does 8 equal and I continued to explain it does not equal anything is 8. 5 + 3 equals =8. Later that night he asked me if he was going the die before me I said no. He said do not worry you will not die till after I am 7. Well when I put him to bed and looked at this beautiful child sleeping. Something come over me and I had the hair standing on end feeling and as if some said to me what does #8 equal it was then I said to my wife who was sitting there with me this boy is intuitive. She asked why I said he has been asking me what # 8 equals no other number just #8. So I am here looking to find out what others know about the number 8.

  My Life has been dominated and surrounded by the number 8 as it pertains to my future mate. I first would like thank the administrators of this Blog or web site. I usually do not partake in blogs but the subject of the number 8 is so powerful. If you tell your loved ones or friends your revelation as it pertains to your life after a while they'll think you are insane. But, People thought Jesus was insane for saying he's the son of GOD. Here is my experience with the number eight. I am a single mother, my nest is now empty, when I drove away from my son's college after helping him move his stuff in his Dorm room in August 2008, I had been praying that GOD would release the man he has for me, there was an Ishmael, Very brief encounter, So I let the thought Go and just figured God would send Isaac the promised one when the time was right. I continued with my Volunteer work for the Obama campaign and focused on my School work, I'd started College myself. My niece was adamant about me coming to her son's football game. I didn't feel good at all that day..But I pressed my way. It was November 8th, 2008. We went to a place all of the football parents like to hang out after a long day of Games, yelling and screaming which was not a stranger to me, I raised 3 boys, attending 100's of baseball, football and basketball games in my days. But I was at the sports grill restaurant and met this man, I didn't pay much attention to him initially, he said Hi, but I was Tired and ready to go home and lay down. We still had another event to attend before the night was over. I was trying to gather our group to keep it moving, as I rose up I noticed this same Guy that said Hi starring at me, I finally paid attention to him and looked him in his eyes and I immediately knew something was there. The rest as they say is History. We are still seeing each other, But because I'm the type of person that want to be sure, GOD was in this relationship I prayed and Cried and fasted for GOD to Give me a sign an answer. The Day we met was on 11/08/2008. My birthday is was Coming up soon after that. Now prior to this President Obama became the 44th president...I had a Birthday party with Obama as the Theme, I had Obama everything. I even hired a Photographer to put a Back drop for my guest to take pictures. When I met this man of my dreams, I told him I was really busy planning this Obama Birthday Party, he asked what day was my Birthday on, I said November 15th, He said "Oh Wow, My birthday is November 18". So Our Birthday's are 3 days apart. Since I've been into numbers I said 3 represent the father, Son, and Holy Spirit. "Trinity". Well after a few days of conversing with him via the Phone everyday, I still needed an answer, to make sure this was the missing piece of my puzzle for My Life. The Day I prayed during my Fast, I got off of the floor from praying and Crying and wailing I went to check My E-mail. I got an email from my Sister in law titled "The Bible". I usually don't check forwards unless I'm just really bored and need to pass time, but it was something about this email, I had to open it up. It was based on Psalms 118. The message in the Forward said if you want to know if you are in the Center Of GOD's Will Go to Psalms 118. And it takes you through a series of the addition in regards to Psalms 118. The power point presentation says "Isn't this strange how this works out." So I Kept on reading, and it said what is the shortest book of the bible? It's Psalms 117, and it went on to say what is the longest book of the bible, its’ Psalms 119. This is where the addition comes in, there are 594 books before Psalms 118 and 594 books after psalms 118, when you add the two and you come up with 1188. After I realized what god was trying to show me through the number, I thought I was going to pass out in disbelief. First our Birthdays are 3 days apart, Mine being on Nov 15th his Nov 18th, The Physical address of the venue we met is 1515. The date we met was “you got it; it's in the addition 11-8-08. It is literally Like GOD stepped Down from heaven and said this is My birthday present to both of you...My sister in law which whom was responsible for sending this Email is married to my brother, it didn't Dawn on me until later that She married My brother on November 8th, and not only that but their birthdays are 4 days apart.. Now what are the chances that myself and My Guy would meet on the VERY day of their Wedding date. So I asked God to give me a wedding date with the Number 8 in it and I want the First Saturday that falls on the 8th. My Dream is to be married in Virginia where My Paternal Family Lives, My paternal Grandmother's birthday is May 8th, and guess what? That's The First Date in 2010 with the 8th that falls on a Saturday. There's is so much more to this story, but I was strongly lead to post this..I'm not sure who need to see this, but I believe it's going to help someone.   Hello. Here is my story: I was born in 1998, at 08h00, on the 8th of June. The docter said my hair was shaped in an 8 when I arived on earth. There were 8 nerses in the room. My father called me Aight becaese he said he had no choice. I am now 11 yeers old - which is 8 + 3. Minus 3 from 8 you get 5. Add 5 with 5 you get 10; the yaer is 2010. If that is not scarry I don't know what is...and my hair has never grown out of the 8 shape. And I will never go to school. Beet that...you can't.

  OCD, connect the dots,....4+4=8 ...8+8=16...R U people unemployed? Signs of the times...Get some T-Cards while u r at it...no really, so much energy is wasted on trying to predict what is...Lets face it some just have bad luck. There are a lot more important issues in this world right now to attach your energy to. #1 Pray and send universal love to the poor people and animals in the GOM...There is cosmic intervention needed.   I also have the number 8 that is very significant. I was born on 8th day of the 8th month of 88, 8th grandchild born, 8 letters in my name. I recently got a Chinese 8 tattoo on me. Also I have learned that 6's are very very lucky in China. My boyfriend and I's anniversary is 6-6-06! Crazy stuff.

  My dad was born in 1908, my mom 1928, and myself 1958. I almost died in child birth in 1978, my mom was born on the 18, and I was born on the 18. I recently realized it, and it hit me so I became curious about the number 8. I wonder what it all means, and we probably will never find out until we reach heaven.

  ok first off, my bday is 8-28-85....but at least 95% of the time or more....i see an 8...on the clock...usually a 28...now after i see an 8....i may look conciously and not see one...but when im not aware and just happen to look at a clock i see 8 almost every time....9.5 times out of ten....when i first wake up especially....always an 8...or 28...i dont think anything of it besides a curiosity for what it means...or is leading up to...

  I'm someone who was a firm believer in signs, but then I started looking for them and too far into them. The reason I know 8 has a meaning in my life is because of a dream I had "mom I'm late fore school, what time is it?" "8:08" I saw it in a dream. Then I started seeing it in real life "8:08." This number could be evil or something good. I won't know until my first encounter with the actual number. Some of you say you were born at times like 12:48, 3:28 but where's the significance in the number? Its just a number along with the others. Say you were born at 8:08, there's your significant number. Its just like my "bad luck" number. 4:20. Everything bad revolved around this number, but they were all connected. 4/20 was the first time I tried drugs and my life down spiraled. But 420 was actually my biggest lesson learned. But let's say I had an interview at 4206. I wouldn't be able to think anything of it because the number shows no significance with the 6, just as 12:48 shows no significance with the 124. Believe in signs, but don't look for them to prove your point. 8:08 will show its meaning in my life soon enough.

  im just wonderin' why this no8 is unlucky to me. i lost my job in 2008,i had a loan with an interest rate of 8%,when i applied for a visa i was no 18 in line and i was denied...last august 7(8/7) i had a job interview i was interviewee no 138, i passed the exam but i failed the final interview. then on august 15 (8/15) i had another job interview i was no 84. i passed all the preliminary exam and the interview but still i was not chosen. then i received a call for another job interview scheduled on the 18th of september but im glad it was moved a day earlier which is on the 17th...by the way im 28 years old.

  I recently read OLD WORLD SECRETS THE OMEGA PROJECT CODES, and it has created in me a sense of inspiration and futility at the same time. I am very much into tarot, so I decided to ask a general question relating to my concerns. I did the celtic cross spread, and they were in this order: 1:The fool (inv), 2:The magician, 3:queen of pentacles, 4:The tower, 5:Page of swords, 6:Strength (inv), 7: 8 of cups (inv), 8: King of pentacles (inv), 9: 2 of wands, 10: 2 of pentacles (inv). Now, I didn't worry too much until I concentrated on the cards. 4 major arcana, which indicate that my question was not of myself, but of outside influence, true. It included the queen and king of pentacles, and ended with pentacles, which pentacles symbolize politics. I noticed that of the timeline far past, recent past, recent future, and far future, it ended with strength, inverse, which is the 8th major arcana. According to this, 8 indicates Christ and the final cycle of everything. The next card, indicates the fears of the general question, 8 of cups. This reading scares me, whether you belive anything I'm saying or not, read this book and it will make sense. Be open to the truth and you will be saved.

  and put back on the right path that I was born for, serving God
  God has completely provided for my every need
  he put me in an apartment on 1818 street in apartment 8 and my po box # is 18111

In referrence to the number "8" in your life, I believe it is not just by chance your life is filled with 8's. I believe God has most definately saved you and has great purpose for you.
