The MEANING.

Good Day, Everyone.

I am a Christian with a prophetic gifting, who found myself on this site after looking up this phenomenon myself (as it's happening to me). I have been led to believe from God that this number is a "sign of things to come".

It is a holy number, and signal of divine importance.

Hi,
I am italian, excuse me for my not perfect english. From about five years I see 17 everywhere: on digital clocks, on cars tachimeters, on mobile phone display, etc. The bus stops and the number that I see it over the door on front the bus!! and in many many other strange circumstances. Certainly time passes and the number 17 goes once every minute, but why my attention is attracted by the clock when the second, and sometimes even minutes and the hours scored 17?
I'm a statistician and I can say that the frequency with which I see the number 17 is much higher if compared to a normal distribution. In Italy, this number is considered an unlucky number. I personally know several people like me that are persecuted by the vision of this number. A friend of mine (who is still haunted by 17) lost her husband (37 years old) who committed suicide after only three years of marriage. Another friend of mine last year lost his brother to botulism poisoning just 48 years old, and the persecution continues!
Now I would ask at the friend who wrote before what does it mean "I have been led to believe from God that this number is a sign of things to come"? What kind of things should be come? Good things or bad things? Thanks if someone can answer to my questions. Greetings from Italy.

It means, that whatever happens, is the will of God for His purposes. (At least that's my guess).

I agree I just had the same dream. A man had came in a white van. You could tell as if a sergant in the special services or Army like. SO he got out looking for me. He called the name 1117 and I happened to have it in my hand on a piece of paper. So I was the person recruited. So I left and got in the side of the van. Soldier like enviroment and equipment. Then we road off. I was confused then tried to put it in the spirit. What does this mean?

The number 17 is the culmination of the temporal world (government) 10, and the spiritual 7 (the seven churches that are in Asia.) Yahuwshua (the true name of the our savior) will come and unite the temporal world with the spiritual world. There is a promise of this is Yirmeyahu (jeremiah) chapter 32 regarding 17 Shekels as a promise that Jerusalem will be once again occupied by Yishra'el. Many of you christians have the blood of Yishra'el flowing through your veins and YOU KNOW IT NOT. Arise and awake and you will receive your inheritance on the day Yahuwshua returns. 17 is coming soon but only those who live like Mashiach (messiah) did will share in the portion.
