Israel is God's Chosen through His covenant with Abraham and passed down to His grandson, Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel. The 12 tribes of Jacob are the Israelites. I agree. Israel are his people who are his faithful. Jews do not believe in Christ, so the next time anyone tells you that Jews are his chosen they are lying. Just ask them "How can Jews be his chosen when they don't believe in him. Paul said it best, it is counted a loss that he was a Jew in Christ, he said he was from the best blood line, the best stock etc... and it was counted a loss. Phillippians 3, 4-11.
