strange dream of a little girl

I dreamt of a little girl that had short, red hair. I can remember being captivated by her. I followed her I to a cave where she had a gold key and dropped it into a pit. As she went to get it, I saw snakes everywhere. However, she never saw them. I can remember telling her that she couldn't go in and get the key because there were snakes. Any thoughts?

Are you a woman? If so, the little girl is likely you or a daughter that you trying to protect. your or her innocence which you value is at risk. The snakes in a cave are a hidden but alluring threat. I'm guessing...

Children or babies often symbolize ministries in Christian dreams. A baby/child/adolescent would symbolize whether it is new, or growing and the maturity of it. Breast feed (nourish) the ministry by staying in the Word, keeping your ears open to the Lord for direction, praying for the protection and safety of the ministry, your strength, the ones who will benefit for the ministry, etc. Since it is new, do not get ahead of the Lord in trying to make it grow in the flesh. Trust in Him for the ministry's provision, and as you step out, listen, listen, listen. Keep a journal of your dreams, especially the ones heavily symbolic, even though they do not make sense to you now. As they come to pass, the Lord will give you remembrance and soon you will be able to interpret your own dreams using the symbolism the Lord knows you will be able to interpret. (I had a friend who had dreams from the Lord regarding coins ... after having it several times, she noticed that soon after He showed her this, she would experience "change" in her life.) God bless you!
