Two events 65 years apart

On November 29, 1947, the UN voted 33 yes, 13 no, with 10 abstentions, to create two states in Palestine: one Arab, the other Jewish.
65 years later to the day, on Thursday, November 29, 2012, the United Nations General Assembly voted 138-9 with 41 abstentions to grant Palestine non-member state status

NOV 29th is 333rd day of year.

1947 or 47

4th is D 7th is G

G_D

Kinda like American Independence Day - 7.04 - G.0D

333rd day with 33 votes of yes

Seems specifically scheduled both in date of occurrence & exactness in result

7/4/76 witches sum the date and the month so 7+4=11 and the last 2 numbers of the year so 7+6=13. 11 and 13 are the two most sacred numbers in witchcraft.
