1000 is the same as one = Perfection
The 1000 yrs of peace takes place at great tribulation!
The 1st resurrection takes place at great tribulation. Only a remnant will be resurrected during great tribulation. True peace is not based on circumstances around you or outside forces. True peace comes from w/in from God being one w/God.

2Pe 3:8But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Ps90:4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past,and as a watch in the night.

great tribulation = 1000 days = day of the LORD a day of darkness!

Zec14:9 God name is one!

Jn 17:21-23 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.
