I recently wrote an album with my band containing 13 tracks, with one hidden track (14). before we wrote it, i had it upon me to make the album 13 tracks, with a 14th hidden track, long before we had any material. as it turns out, the album and the number hold a common theme: the birth of power, and the concepts of trial and change. the number 14, as an addition to all of this, is both symbolic of generosity (a hidden track, just for the hell of it, being a generous addition), and a symbol of the return to reality and the physical plane, much as should happen in the album considering the story is a psychological process in the main character's head as he undergoes an emotional and psychological trial that leads to his maturity.
just thought it interesting and thought i'd share, because it really bugged me why 13 was so damn important to this cd.
wow right on. my feelings are great for feelings of peace and love for
this world. My DOB 5-14 and the number 14 has always been my fav. so

AWESOME when we all share the underlined sudel sureal meanings that suround the little things and makes sudle substances this harmonious
sanctified moment where life in that split sec feels undeniably just
right and in that sudel briefness is what makes World peace closer to see and for us all somhow Feel. LOVE and PEACE lies between you and me.

Dear Abel,
from all the messages here, yours rigs the closest.
Thirteen for me was equivalent to challenge, challenging existing 'power', confusion, repeating the same process many times, self doubt, creative agony, extreme emotional pain.
Encounters:
1. When I picked my profession. 13 = go back and reconsider decision.
2. second time i picked my profession. 31 = success and satisfaction.
3. years later I was following a dream of further learning for a PhD. 26= double hardship. Abandoned the quest eventually. After 4 years I am still grieving.
4. My current employer.... Street address 265= collective 13. Four years of mega negative rewards.
I have been thinking a lot about 13, 26, 265, and 31. I have conquered the 13. I failed the 26 because I did not give myself the power of going back and ask for my right of continuing my dream. I was feeling too hurt, powerless, and downright worthless. That was me when I got involved with the collective 13 which attacked my professional belief and integrity, mental ability, mental health, earnings ... What was I doing? Refusing to cut corners, refuse to join 'loyalties', give assistance left right and center to anyone up or down in hierarchy, express freely my opinion.... be open and kind.
I am confused now and I am trying to leacve the 'net' but I cannot. I feel hopeless.
If in my encounter with 26 I had to learn to overcome feeling worthless... and I did by sacrificing at that time three years and my dream it looks like in my encounter with 265 the collective 13 I will have to learn to overcome hopelessness (I actually gave up on myself). What do I have to give up now? (ina.muresan)
