Its happening with me too. I see 38 everywhere, when I check time, or car number plate, or OTPs. I have even come across cafes with prefix or suffix 38. I came through this post in search of definite answer. My birthday is 3rd Nov and I have dated 3 guys in past who were born on 8th July, 26th Feb, 26th Oct (2+6=8). I am alyz stuck with this number 38. It freaks me out sometimes !
