4 is known as 4 side of the earth; north south, east, west
7 is known as complete, victory.
In my Christian life, as I live my life with Jesus, I have always had 100% conviction that when 4 and 7 are together, It is complete victory from all four side. So, those of you who are wondering what 47 means, find complete victory in Jesus Christ.
One of my favorite victory Bible verse is
2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Instead of finding "complete victory" through Christ, why not find it through yourself? Jesus was a teacher of higher knowledge. If you learn to think for yourself, you won't need a teacher.

Because if you dont stand for something, you will fall for anything. Its impossible to find complete victory through ones self, because we are flawed and imperfect. Christ is perfect. Christ taught us that through him we have complete victory. The last statement was ignorant, we all need teachers. Hah
