don't try to look foolishly at dis mark.it's true dat dis mark will start opparating after rupture,but it doesn't mean it can't be supplied.and after the rupture it will be enforced on everyone that does't have it...,so don't be decieved dat it will start after rupture.try to look at things clearly.
