I was born May 23rd to and my mother on June 23. About 3 years ago I started seeing 23 pretty very consistently till this day. When I glance to see what time it is on my phone it's the 23min of an hour and that is really crazy that it happens so consistently.

Are you the best 23? I was born on 5/23/1980. 2+3=5 if you add 5 my birth month and sum of 2+3 to the year I was born it equals 23. Not that that makes either one of us the "best" but this number means something good. God is with us.
